Before the first release
The return and exchange terms will be displayed here and made available before checkout opens. They will explain the return-request window, eligible condition, packaging and tags, how to request a return, shipping responsibility, any fees, refund method and processing time.
Art, editions & special orders
Any different terms for original art, limited editions, personalized or made-to-order pieces will be disclosed on the relevant product page and before payment. No category is currently offered for sale or designated final sale.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
The launch policy will explain how to report an issue and obtain assistance. Nothing on this preview website excludes applicable consumer rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods.
