The current website is a collection preview. No shipping dates, delivery services or fulfillment commitments are offered at this stage.
Information at launch
Before payment, each available release will disclose its delivery destinations, handling period, estimated shipping timing, available services and shipping charges. Taxes, duties and any import responsibilities will be explained where relevant.
Made-to-order & future releases
If a release is offered by preorder or made to order, its estimated dispatch window and cancellation terms will be clearly identified before purchase. A saved design does not reserve stock or a production slot.
Tracking & delays
The purchasing experience will explain order confirmation, shipment tracking and how to request delivery support. Delay notices, cancellation options and refunds will follow the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
